Cancellation & Change Policy
No refund if cancelling a confirmed seat less than 48 hours prior to flight time. All cancellations must be requested via email. $50 cancellation fee per passenger if cancelling more than 48 hours prior. $50 change fee per reservation to change date or time. No changes within 48 hours of flight. Check-in required 30 minutes prior. Late arrivals subject to cancellation without refund.
If Key West Seaplane Adventures cancels due to weather or maintenance, you will receive a full refund.
